I saw your surnames Moorman and Noble on the McLean Co. list. While I don't
have any connection to those names, I did watch out for them yesterday while
I was at the Illinois State University Library. I worked part of the way
through the 1870 City of Bloomington Census and did not see any sign of
those names--it may be some time before I get back. However there is a 1925
(reprint 1968) Historical Society publication that lists marriages in McLean
Co from 1831-1841 and it listed several Nobles.

Noble, Wm. C married Isabel Jane Stewart 10/31/1839
Munson, Ira married Sarah Jane Noble 12/10/1837

I don't know if these help at all but know when I don't much to go
on--anything seems helpful.
