I have run across a short marriage of Elizabeth EVANS to Abram HOBBS in
McLean County around 1827. Does anyone know if they had a daughter Leodicy?
Abram must have died, because Elizabeth married William MAXWELL in April,
1829. I just don't know if Leodicy's father was Hobbs or Maxwell. She seems
to have married a Henry DICKERSON before 1850, and had a daughter Jane E., 6
mo. old, in that census. Would like some help straightening out the family
