Jayne - there is a serious problem with the surname Bollom and/or the place
of birth. There is a publication"Surnames Listed in the 1790 United States
Census" American Genealogical Lending Library, Bountiful, Utah, 1973 which
lists all the surnames in the 1790 census. There is nothing even close to
Bollon. Probably the closest is Bowlin or Bowlan. So either there is a
major spelling error in the surname or they came to the U. S. after 1790 (or
they were missed entirely in the 1790 census!). Nadine
