No, it is not on-line at this time. It is the Peoria city part of the
Illinois Federal Census. As Lynne said, possibly posting a query is good;
also you might try the Genealogy Helplist at http://helplist.org. They have
people looking up things from different counties in each state.

David, Hosea Camp is listed on page 798 of the 1860 Peoria county, Illinois
Federal census. I don't think that census is on-line, but will check.
