Hi,

I am fairly new to this list. My grandfather was from Montgomery co.,Illinois as were
some other of my ancestors.Does anyone know if the Hopewell-Grantham Cemetery
in Irving, Montgomery co.,Illinois still exists? I believe some of my ancestors were
burried there including Hannah Warren who died 26 Oct 1838.Who was the cemetery
named for--I have some ancestors originally from KY named Grantham.
My great great great grandmother Eliza Grantham born about 1832 in Montgomery co.,Illinois.She married Henry J. Mann 13 Jan 1853 in Hillsboro,Montgomery co.,Illinois. Her parents were Ezekiel Grantham & Eleanor Wiley from Henderson co.,
Kentucky. Henry J.Mann & Eliza Grantham were the parents of my great great grandmother Lucy B.Mann,I believe she was from Montgomery co.,Illinois and her husband Daniel Hinkle born in Putnam co,IN.They married in Irving,Montgomery co.,Illinois on 10th Feb 1884.They were the parents of my great grandmother
Ethel Matilda Hinkle Morris.
Now for the rest of my questions: Does anyone here know of any birthdates/death dates of the people mentioned above?(not including Ethel I have the dates on her info.) Does anyone know of any census records of the above people?
Does anyone know of any Cherokees living in Montgomery now or in the past w/ the
surnames Hinkle and or Mann?
