Where was Bear Creek, Montgomery Co. Illinois?
Looking for descendants of John Lewis age 60 as enumerated in 1870 census
with wife Sarah, grown children, Gracy age 23, Miney age17, James age 22,
Jefferson age 21, William age 30, Emma age 24 and Katy age 21. The census
indicates this family was all born in Kentucky. I research the family of
Jefferson Brown Lewis whom I believe is in this census at age 21 with this
family.
