J. Frank appears to be the son of George H. Clotfelter. There is a James F.
born June 1890 on the 1900 census living in Nokomis, Montgomery CO. Ill.

George H. was born Oct. 1848 in Illinois. He and his wife Margarett have
been married 35 years (This is wrong according to IRAD).
Margarett was born March 1848 in Ohio. It says she has had 3 children, 3
alive
They have several other children:
Edward L. July 1885
Sarah M. Apr 1888
Harry R. Oct 1879

I went back and checked the 1880 census and George was married previously.
His wife on the 1880 census was Sarah F. age 34. Their children were:
Henry 16
Joseph 15
Nettie 13
Carrie 11
Silas 9
Amos 7
Frederick 5
Ina 3
Harry OCT 1879

2 marriage records on IRAD for George H. Clotfelter
1. Sarah Jane Hogsett 1/22/1863 MONTGOMERY CO.
2. Maggie M. Hogsett 10/19/1885 MONTGOMERY CO.

I can do some more census look-ups later tonight if you need me to.
