Zachariah Harris is on the 1830 Hurricane Montgomery Co IL census. He
obtained 3 land patents for land in Fayette Co IL in 1838.This is the
brother of Wooten referred to by Richard D. Brattin in an earlier post.
Below is a summary by another researcher of Zachariah and his daughter
Sarah. I do not have Zachariah's will. It is possible Zachariah and
Bathsheba were married in Franklin CO GA.

Zachariah HARRIS and John GREEN are listed in the Humphreys Co.,

10 (John Cash, age 4), 1 M 26/44 (John, age 37), 2F under 10 (Mary, age 3 &
Elizabeth, age 2 mo.), 1F 16/25 (Sarah, abt 23).
The families (Zachariah HARRIS, son, Ancil Mancil, daughters &
sons-in-law Elizabeth HARRIS & Thomas RHODES, and Sarah HARRIS & John GREEN)
moved together and settled in north Hurricane in Fayette Co., or Mongtomery
Co. IL near each other in 1829 (Fayette Facts, Vol. 13, #3, p. 51,). The
following year Zachariah, Sr. was listed in the Montgomery Co., IL census of
1830, next to his sons, Ancil Mancil and Benjamine, and sons-in-law, Thomas
and Anderson RHODES. John GREEN is listed in the Seminary Twp., Fayette Co.,
census, 1830. Proof of Sarah HARRIS's relationship to Zachariah and
Bathsheba comes from Zachariah's will in which all heirs and spouses were
named.
