Maybe this will be helpful in some way. In MORGAN COUNTY FAMILY HISTORY
1976, p. 141, there is a biographical sketch and photo of a Joseph Lewis Hart
(1875-1957) of Waverly. It gives info on his grandparents, George W. Hart
(b. abt. 1825 in TN) and Sara J. Hart. George's father is said to have been
born in KY. Maybe these folks are related to your Mariah Hart somehow. The
article ends by giving names of living descendants, and states that the Hart
family reunion is held the first Sunday in July in the log cabin at Terry
Park, Palmyra. If you would like more info on this article, please contact
