Thanks to all that responded regarding a court order. Think we will call
the
judge of the court. After about 20 different calls from Springfield to
Chicago, we were told to write a letter to the judge and request the court
order
from him.

I am primarily asking for the information for my husband. His father died
early in life and his medical doctor suggested getting more information of
the
family's medical history.

It is amazing how many people one has to talk to, to get information. I
must
say, they were all terrific, polite and nice.
