some light? yes. You have a very old address. The latest re-numbering took
place in 1953 or 1956 in Peoria. There is a BIG, FAT book in the Peoria
Public Library from the Peoria Engineer's Office which lists old address along
with new addresses.

But that may not help you enough. I believe that was the second alteration
of house and building numbers. I'm really uncertain about the date, but it was
a few decades before this more recent (mid- 1950s) re-numbering. Certainly
post 1890.
