Sharon,
I agree that the combination of names does not seem random. Unfortunately,
I have nothing on Dolph Waters. I have two India E. Whitesides. The First
was born 1828 and died 1897 and was the daughter of John Whiteside and Eupha
Delia Shearer. The second was born in 1847 and was the Daughter of David C.
Whiteside and Helender Harper. The second was a niece of the first. Sorry
I can't be of any more help.
