Deadline Nov 15th to submit names to, "Hardin County Cemetery Book"

The Hardin County Historical and Genealogical Society is in the process of
updating and correcting the Hardin County Cemetery Record Book. This has
been and difficult project. We are at the point where we must stop adding
names if we are to have it ready for the printers in January.

We have been asking for public input. Perhaps you know of an error in the
old book that we may not be aware of. Let us know now. Write the
Historical Society at Box 72, Elizabethtown, IL 62931 or to Cemetery Book,
Box 127, Rosiclare, IL 62982. Preparing the index is a tedious job. We
are striving for an accurate, usable book. There are bound to be errors
and omissions. We appreciate the help we have received from the public.

Let us know if you want a copy reserved for you... That will help us know
how many to have printed.

We apologize for taking so long to get this job finished.
