I don't have concrete information. Below is some tentative info from Linda
Killingsworth, and I am looking for confirmation. Also am looking for
relationship, if any, between George and Peter Moyers.

William C. Moyers born 1826 and married Martha Jane S.Barger (daughter
of Jacob S.Barger and Christiana Beanard) I think was son of Peter
Moyers and Elizabeth Conel(sp). May not be any connection. William
Moyers who married Louisa S.Barger was son of George Moyers and Polly
Winkle. I think I got my info from the Portrait and Biographical Review
of Pope County, published in 189_. Do you agree, Judy?
