i looked around on the web today trying to find when birth info is
available in pope co or in ILL and didn't really find a lot of helpful info
-- maybe i just hadn't found the right place?

looking for birth certificate on a Samuel D. Bowman born 1856 in Pope Co,
parents were Faris/Farro/Farrow Bowman and Julia (Hensley).
there were other children born there also: James T b 1850, Hugh b 1857,
twins Edward and Edwin b 1860 and Martha/Mattie b 1864.

any help appreciated, thanks.
