Hello Jan....

Yes, my maternal grandmother is Cansada "Sadie" Maxwell,
1868-1909, marr: Matthew Pate SISTLER. Her father is:
Robert "Pappy" Maxwell, son of James MAXWELL and Rebecca JONES.

My gr-grandaunt is CanZada MAXWELL, (is a paternal Aunt
to my grandmother above) 1849AL-1893IL: marr: Joseph EVITTS.

I think you and I are cousins of some sort, although not the same
direct line...we do share a twig or two, or three. :o)
