Craig, thanks for replying to my inquiry regarding the NEELY in Pope Co.
The particular Lula Bell CALDWELL that I was referring to was born in 1891,
so would not have been of age at the time you are speaking of. This
particular NEELY perhaps was related in some way to the other NEELY's in Pope Co. I
am almost sure.

The census indicates they were married in 1900, so may or may not be your
couple. His age is shown as 32, hers 22
