I just checked out the prices. If I'm reading correctly, the price on copies
of Civil War pension records will be going from $10 to $37 per record, which
in my opinion is prohibitive for most people.

I have several of these files. David has already published extracts from 2 on
the Randolph County site. In addition to publishing on his site, I'm going to
copy what I have to donate to the Randolph County Gene. Society. Perhaps they
can start of file of these records so that hobbiest can avoid Washington and
their $37 fee!
