New to the list and this post is a real long-shot:
I'm researching my family line of Ewing, and have learned my gg-grandfather
is from Illinois. Sorry to say this is about all I know:
John Ewing b. abt. 1840-1850
( wife ) Eveline ( all else unknown)
one known son : William H. or M. Ewing b. 2-21-1871 MO.
John Ewing and wife would have moved to MO. sometime before William
was born. ( know of one sibling: sister Anna )
I am hoping for a miracle here, but just maybe someone is searching for this
family line. any information will be greatly appreciated
