My book on old Illinois place names has 2 listings for Maple Park.
Maple Park (Winnebago), now part of Rockford, ILL.

Maple Park (Kane) P.O. estab. 1880 (changed from Lodi Station). RFD serves
Lily Lake, Richardson and Troxel. Formerly Line, Lodi, Lodi Station. Pop.
in 1960 was 592.
