this picture in the papers of my Great Uncle IRWIN COMBS WHITCOMB. This is

I hope this helps people. The J. W. Whitcomb is my Great Grandfather.
According to some of the newspapers articles they had a reunion every year.
You might look in the old newspapers for some information. I know that the
Lincoln Library on 7th Street in Springfield has filmed the news papers and
keeps a file on the names in the papers. Good luck.
