Hi List members, I hope someone can help me locate a researcher from the
1950/1960's. I have been given some research done in the 1950/1960's by J.
Cary Davis on the Burnham, Denson, and Spence families. Most of these
family members were in the NC/MS area. I was told by the person giving me a
copy of Mr. Davis' research that he may have been on the faculty at SIU in
Carbondale, IL. I have contacted the Alumni Office requesting information
knowing that they may be protective about giving out personal information. I
can't blame them for that. I am not absolutely sure that he was on the
faculty there so if you can help me get in touch with Mr. Davis or some
member of his family I would be grateful. Please contact me at the e-mail
