Michael Russell, born ca. 1820 in Ireland, location unknown. Immigrated to US
in 1846-48.
Married Mary Malady ( Mulladay, Malladay) possibly in Morgan County in June
1856.
Mary was born ca. 1833 in Ireland, location unknown. Immigrated US 1850.

Residents of Illini Township, Macon County-1860-1880.
Residents of South Wheatland Township, Macon County-1880-1893-94.
Relocated to Ellsworth County, Kansas abt. 1895.

Children of this marriage were all born in Illinois, listed in birth order:
Bridget born abt. 1857
Thomas
born abt. 1858( believe given name is John Thomas)
James born abt 1861. Married an Anna ?.
Margaret born abt. 1862
Mary born abt. 1865
Robert born abt. 1867
Martin born abt. 1868;
Michael born 1871, died 1896 in Kansas.
Peter born 1873 died 1925 in Kansas. Married Mary Ann Murray 1903 in
Ellsworth County, Kansas.
Kate born 1878 died 1935 in Kansas. Married Frank A. Clark.
