My great grandmother Piercy Elizabeth Privett/Prevett/Privet was born in IL
on Nov 13th, possibly abt 1856. Could you tell me when birth records were
mandated in IL and when they were actually recorded. I believe she may have
been born in Washington Co. The daughter of Jesse Privett/Prevett/Privet
and his wife was Louisa "Liza" Tindal, both were born in NC. Thank you.
