Hello Kathleen,
My GGGrandfather was born in Illinois. His father was Elihew West and his
mother
was Ellenor Moss. She was born in 1810 and he was born ca 1806. I do not know
who his parents were or who her parents were.
I would love to know more, but this is all I have except their children and
my G Grandfather and G Grandmother.
Hope this might possibly be a connection.
