Hello,

regarding the Ira Rufus WEST query, I do not have any information, but I was
wondering if any one can tell me what nationality the first name "Rufus" is, I
have an ancestor by the similar name of Ruluff FISHER b. 1724 d. 1809 of the
Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania area and I have no idea what nationality he was
except that he was born outside of the U.S.

Can anyone tell me the nationality or heritage of the name of Ruluff or Rufus
for that mater? It may help me to uncover more about my ancestor.
