I am looking on information for my great aunt. She is listed in the Missouri 1920 census as Ruth A. McGowan at 13 years old and was born in Illinois. I was told that Ruth was the sister of my grandfather so I am not sure if she would be listed under the surname Allen or McGowan. She would have been born around 1906 or 1907. She possibly could have lived with Ethel McGowan or Allen or her grandfather Reverend Robert McGowan born in Canada and his wife Joanne. Any help is greatly appreciated.
