Callas, Emma Servant, F W age 43 Single Born IL father born Germany, mother born Germany Cook in a hotel
There is also a waiter, chamber maid, manager of a clothing store and a building painter.
It seems that her employer may have given the information for 1920.
The hotel probably was respectable since a teacher at a public school was listed as a boarder.

I believe these marriages may be related. The Kallis surname is spelled many ways, but I check in the census for place of birth. I believe that John Kallas is a brother to Lizzie. They were married the same day in the same county. Minnie, Charles and Mary are related to each other, but I am uncertain if they are also related to Lizzie and John. There was a Calais, also, but they were from France.
