I don't know of any 1900+ statewide IL marriage index so unless you know in which county she married it could be huge job to check each county.

However, there may be an easier way. An Elizabeth HOSKINSON died 8 Ssp 1918 in Kankakee Twp., Kankakee, IL. .There is no Stewart, Stuart or S. F. in the 1920 Kankakee census but perhaps Elizabeth died at her daughter's residence.

There are several possibilities of a Bessie or Bessie M. living in Kankakee in 1920; one is a DUTOUR but that is a long shot and not that reliable.

Instead I would suggest you get Elizabeth's death cert and once you know where she died, contact that city's library for an obit, which hopefully, names a surviving daughter.
