Walter,
I looked up the Sangamon marriages and did find a marriage between
STANLEY and CATLETT.

James Stanley to Martha Ann Catlett 31 jul 1866 in Sangamon.
John DANIELS to Mary Jane STANLEY 21 sep 1866
Thomas DUNN to Harriett STANLEY 27 aug 1866
Randall G. Morris to Lucy Stanley 12 nov 1867

I looked up the 1880 census and didn't find a CATLETT listed.
Sangamon did have CATLIN families but in the index I didn't see an
Isham given name. There was a STANLEY family mentioned in the Early
Settlers of SangamonCounty, Illinois but they came from Ohio and
arrived in Sangamon in the early 1800's. Another 1880 Sangamon
Stanley family but the parents came from Ireland.

There was this STANLEY family in 1880 census of Loami, Sangamon:
