My name is Jim Talkington and I just found that there is a Talkington,
IL, in Sangamon County. Do you have any information on how the town came

to be named Talkington? I will gladly purchase any publications with
information if you could point me in the right direction. My family is
from WV and I know of no ties to your IL city but I am very interested
in anything bearing the Talkington name.
