Through much research I have found my great, great grandparents and family. They are John and Edeline Hilson Ihnen who immigrated from Norden, Germany in 1892 and settled in Logan County, Illinois. John died in 1895 and is buried (I believe) somewhere in Logan County. They lived in Hartsburg. Edeline, whose name also has been listed as Adda Lena and Ada Lena died in 1930 in Lowder, Sangamon County, Illinois. Her obituary lists the children as: Mrs. Maggie Wieland, Springfield, Illinois, Mrs. Martha Rewerts, Rochelle, Illinois, Mrs. Katie Rheinhart, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mrs. Jennie Johnston, Floyd, Iowa, Edward Ihnen (my great grandfather), Rochelle, Illinois, and Richard Ihnen of Lowder. I am looking for any information on the above people, especially John Ihnen's grave and obituary.
