Okay, Scott County researchers, I just called the Winchester Times and this is the info they gave me:

To order "Great Scott" from them you must send two separate checks. One made out to the "Jacksonville Journal Courier" for $29.95. That covers the price of the book. Then, another check made out to "Scott County Times" for $4.00. That covers shipping and handling. They have at least three more copies left (after mine is shipped....) :)
