You may wish to check out the South Suburban
Genealogical and Historical Society first. They have
conducted a census of most (all?) of the cemeteries in
the region, and it is available on microfilm (My local
library has a set.) and, I believe, on paper. The
SSGHS library will have a set if you can't find a more
convenient place to view the information.

Apparently, the SSGHS will also do lookups for up to
three particular surnames, too. That might save you
some time, although I've never used it, so I can't
speak to timeliness. The information on the census
series and how to access the lookup service can be
found at:

http://www.rootsweb.com/~ssghs/cemetery.htm

In any event, this page also lists cemeteries by
township (Peotone - obviously - and Will Townships are
the ones closest to the town of Peotone.).
