There is a Prairie Farmers Directory of Will and Southern Cook Counties
printed in 1918 which shows names (including family members), addresses,
acres farmed, automobiles owned, poultry and animals raised, etc. All told
it has 387 pages. Several years ago a volunteer with the South Suburban
(IL) Genealogical & Historical Society furnished me the pages that related
to the persons I was interested in. The e-mail address of South Suburban at
the time was and its snail mail address was PO Box 96,
South Holland, IL 60473 and its phone # was (708) 333-9474.

If the time of publication fits your time frame, you might contact SSGHS and
see what they can do to assist you.
