Does anyone have any info on the HOME GUARD (1861-1865)?
Those people who were in the HOME GUARD were those who did not fight in the
Civil War (1861-1865). Many could not serve in the Army because they had
large farms to care for.
Did they have organized meetings? Is there any kind of an OFFICIAL LIST of
those who served in this group?
