I am looking for any information about ANY APPELLOF surname in Sweden. My G
grand father came from Sweden on 9-26-1879, with a ticket for Chicago. I have
traced him from there. It is the Sweden info I am most curious about. He was
Nils Frederick APPELLOF, and he was from Nyed Parish in Vramland. He was a
master shoemaker (cobbler). His father was Lars, and his mother was Marn \\.
I know he had one brother Lars J. Appellof, but there may have been others.

Any information, advice, suggestions will be most appreciated!
I have a book called SWEDISH PASSENGER ARRIVASLS IN NEW YORK from 1820 to
1850, and would be willing to do lookups for anyone!
