Hello all! I just joined the list and wanted to say hello and introduce
myself.

My name is Liz Rosas. My family lived in the Fort Wayne/New Haven area from
about 1850 to the early 1900s.

I am researching the LEE, SCHNELKER, TRENTMAN families.

My Grandfather, Benedict LEE was the son of J.J. LEE and Louise SCHNELKER.

She was the eldest daughter of Herman SCHNELKER and his first (of four) wife,
Louisa TRENTMAN

Herman's parents were Herman Henry SCHNELKER & Caterina TOBBEN.

J.J. LEE was the son of Edward LEE and Johanna BARRY.

If anynone is ersearching these families, I'd love to compare notes. (Herman
Schnelker alone, had 18 children from his four wives, so I figure there are
some "cousins" out there somewhere.)
