Can anyone tell me where Enumeration District #19 was in 1910? I'm trying to
figure out exactly where my great-grandfather was living. His name is Israel
Myers. He is listed on the 1910 census in E.D. #19, page 16A. This is Perry
Township, but I don't know where exactly in Perry Township.

In the 1900 census, he was in E.D. #15. In the 1880 census, he was in E.D.
#102. Did the enumeration district numbers change from census year to census
year, or was my great-grandfather moving around? He was in Perry Township in
all of these censuses.
