I just found a Charles Laroux, died 1-30-1879, Fort Wayne. Since Charles Adolphus Roux (Laroux) had arrived about this time with his mother and brother, I wonder if this was not his father? We were always told the father was not with the family when they emigrated from France. But maybe he did emigrate with the family then died shortly thereafter. How would I find out more about this? It was just an obit search for Fort Wayne and didn't give any more information than this. Terry Spear of Crawford, Texas
