Subject: [INBENTON] Death records in 1894?
Are there any records of death for 1894? I am looking for the death of
Mahala (Underwood) Huntington who may have died circa that year in Benton
county. She would have been about 78 yrs old. I am looking for any
information that might be available, including possible obits.
Thanks in advance.
Christine: Found the following in the index of Benton County Cemeteries:
Huntington, Mahala Born: Sept. 8, 1816 Died: June 10, 1898
Huntington, Martha Born: Sept. 9, 1816 Died: June 10, 1894
Both are shown as being buried in the Earl Park Cemetery. Kind of strange
both died on the same date 4 years apart, and being born a day apart?
I don't think the Benton Review (local newspaper) goes back that far.
