A couple of corrections to my previous response:
I said that Nancy Jane was the eldest daughter of William Brummett & Margaret
Jane Richardson. The eldest known daughter was Elizabeth; Nancy Jane was
next oldest. I also said that William died 1898. A book on Brown County
wills lists a probate record for the estate inventory dated 1898. However,
he died either in 1891 (according to Mabel Harp & Anna Stanger) or in 1892
(tombstone inscription as published in 'Brown County, Indiana Cemeteries').
