The Washington Democrat, Washington, Indiana, Saturday, August 23, 1952, page 1:

“WILL ROBERSON DIED FRIDAY.

Funeral services for William T. ROBERSON, 75, retired, of 710 Pine Court, will be held at the Gill Chapel at 3:30 Monday by the Rev. R. B. Kern. Burial will be in Oak Grove cemetery.

Mr. ROBERSON died at 2:30 Friday afternoon after a serious illness of eleven weeks. His health had been failing for several months.

Deceased was born June 29, 1877 in Ripley, Tenn., the son of William M. and Ella (DURHAM) ROBERSON. HE was a member of First Methodist church.

Survivors are his widow, Helen OGDEN ROBERSON, a stepson, Robert COOK and step-grandchildren, Marilyn and Elaine COOK, Indianapolis and these brothers and sisters: Mrs. Curtis REED, Mrs. J. C. DAVIS, A. L. and J. E. ROBERSON, of Ripley, Tenn., and Mrs. Clarence MOORE, of Fulton, Tenn. Friends may call at Gill’s.”
