I am new and am posting my interests...

That's the only one :-)

My Torrence family passed through Dearborn Co between 1812 and 1839. My 4x
greatgrandfather is William Blair Torrence born in 1811 in Washington
County, Pennsyvlania, son of John Stull Torrence.

I am looking for William's marriage to Elvira _______ . Since he was born
in 1811, I would imagine he married between 1829 and 1838.

Would SKS have access to marriage records?

According to 1850 Linn Co, Iowa census records, Elvira was born in
Maryland. Other family researches believe she was born in Ohio.

Any leads or info would be greatly appreciated!
