Re Philip Round : Joined Army as spy/scout in Kentucky abt.1791, Was in Butler Co., Ohio around 1800-1810 and was one who signed petition to build a Jail in Hamilton. He was called back to army in 1812 war. He was a son of Jacob Round/Rowan/Rowen/Rownd who signed an indenture in Butler Co., OH in 1811. Looking for any info on him and
