Computers often have a mind of their own. I wasn't quite ready to "quit"..... You are probably from one of the male children of Lt. Jacob. If the Blaisdell Assoc is too busy to help you, I can probably find it for you. However, they are very helpful. All they ask is that you add to their database.
I attended my first Blaisdell Assoc. meeting when I was 7 years old -- 1942. We took a bus with my grandmother was born a Blasdel, to the cemetery where "Lt" Jacob and the family are buried in Guilford. It didn't impress me much then, and I wish that I had asked everyone there EXACTLY who they were. Good luck. There are a lot of Blaisdells around who will be happy to help you.
