Looking for information on John and Mariah (Noland) STOCKEM who married in Dearborn Co. in June 1857. Would like to know parents and sibs of John. Was this his second (or third) marriage?
Does anyone have easy access to this marriage certificate/record? What other names are on the record? I will order the record after the holidays, but just wondered if anyone had a transcription or info of this one?
I am unable to find John and Mariah in 1860, and would like to know if they remained in Dearborn Co. for long? With the variant spellings, this name has been difficult to trace. If anyone has seen them in 1860, please let me know! Some spellings are: Stocam, Stockem, Stacun, Stalkum, Stockum, Stecum, Stacum, Slakum, Stacum, and Stockham.
Thanks so much for your help!
Tami
