Found this will while researching my McKee ancestors in Dearborn County. I don`t believe I am related.

Will of Andrew Mackey

In the name of the lord, Amen. I Andrew Mackey of the county of Dearborn and State of Indiana being of sound mind and memory, considering the uncertainty of life do make and publish this my last Will and Testament. First – My funeral expenses and all honest debts are to be paid from my personal property. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Rose the occupancy of the house in which I now live and a support from the proceeds of my personal property and that part of the farm on which I now live not otherwise bequeathed during her natural life. I will and bequeath to Hugh Mackey Andrew Mackey John Mackey and James Mackey, heirs of my son James Mackey, deceased, forty acres of land in the south east corner of the south quarter in section six township five of range two west.; to run off a square forty acres out of the corner aforesaid I will and bequeath to my son Andrew Mackey and his heirs all that certain tract or parcel of land deeded by me to said Andrew Mackey!
and his wife Jane Mackey on the twenty third day of June in the year of our lord 1845 supposed to contain fifty acres. I will and bequeath to my son William Mackey all that tract or parcel of land deeded to him by me on the twenty third day of June in the year of our lord 1845 the above bequeathed lands being a part of the farm on which I now live in the above named state and county. I will and bequeath to my daughter Jane Todd wife of Thanny? Todd, twenty five dollars. I will and bequeath to my daughter Rose Sims , wife of Robert Sims, twenty five dollars – the two last bequests to be paid from the proceeds of my personal property.
I will and bequeath to my daughter Elinor Mackey the bureau that she now occupies and the bed and bedding; one cow,and all the balance of my estate both real and personal, my rights, credits, monies and effects not otherwise bequeathed that may be left after the death of (unreadable line here) Elinor Mackey all that may be raised on that part of my farm not otherwise bequeathed over and above what is needful for the support of my wife Rose. I do hereby appoint Samuel McMullen of the county of Dearborn and state of Indiana the Executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty eighth day of February 1848 Andrew Mackey seal
Signed sealed and published by the above named Andrew Mackey to be his last will and testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in the presence of the testator. Attest Henry Gearheart James McMullen

State of Indiana Dearborn County Before me the undersigned the clerk of the Dearborn Probate Court personally came James McMullen and Henry Gearhart the subscribing witnesses to the written and foregoing instrument of writing signed by Andrew Mackey who being first duly sworn say each for himself that they were present when the said Andrew Mackey signed the said instrument of writing – that they subscribed their names as witnesses to the same at the request of the said Andrew Mackey and in the presence of said Mackey and of each other. That the said Andrew Mackey at the time of such attestation declared said instrument of writing to be his last will and testament. That the will was duly executed , that the said testator at the time of subscribing said will was of full age to devise his property and of sound mind and memory and not under any coercion or restraint whatever. State of Indiana Dearborn County I Abram Brown clerk of the Dearborn Circuit Court do hereby certify that the within will of Andrew Mackey was duly proved this day by the oaths of James McMullen and Henry Gearhart the subscribing witnesses thereto which appear above (unreadable line here)

NOTE: Oddly enough Andrew Mackey still listed as living in the 1850 census in Manchester Township Dearborn County dated 5 Nov 1850. Name is listed as McKay and he and wife Rose, son William and Granddaughter? Mary Simms age 2 are living with William and Ellen Weatherhead. Ellen perhaps daughter Elinor listed in will? Previous household Andrew and Jane McKay and children Ellen and William.
