I think I have some information. William and Jane (Nelson) Hogshire were the parents of:

1. Laura Jane Nelson: married to Lewis Griffith
2. George C. Nelson: married first to Ellen Griffith; married second to Louisa A. Pierson; died 1907 Putnam Co. IN
3. Mary Nelson
4. Clarissa A. Nelson: married to William Brannock; died 1928 Bates Co. MO
5. William Nelson
6. Virginia Iona Nelson
7. Ellen Nelson

Jane (Hogshire) Nelson appears to have died before 1853.

If any of this rings a bell, I'd like to hear of anything else you can add to these individuals.
