Whom is Mr Bahn trying to fool ? I haven't heard of any Kashmiri students
being sent abroad to study at the expense of the Govt of J&K State. Can he
name any ?

Maj Gen HL Scott was nowhere near being a top soldier. Nor was there any
kind of J&K 'air force'. While Maharaja Hari Singh held honorary rank in the
British/Indian Army in common with other fellow Princes he is not known to
have fought in any war ever leave alone at Salerno.
